Provider Support Coordinator

Astiva Health, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Provider Support Coordinator to join our team in Orange, CA. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our network providers, ensuring seamless operations and high-quality care delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with contracted providers, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Respond promptly to provider inquiries, resolving issues related to eligibility, benefits, contracting, claims, and referrals.
  • Verify provider information to ensure accurate directory listings and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Process provider additions, changes, and terminations, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruption to services.
  • Assist with provider portal account setup and training, ensuring providers have access to necessary tools and resources.
  • Collaborate with the Credentialing department to collect necessary documents and facilitate the credentialing process.
  • Coordinate marketing events and educational initiatives with the Sales/Marketing Department, promoting our services and enhancing provider engagement.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings with providers to discuss education and initiatives, such as annual wellness exams.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
  • 1 year of experience in a provider relations role within a health plan, IPA, or medical group; strong working knowledge of Medicare, Medicaid, and HMO health plans.
  • Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to independently research complex issues.
  • Fluent in Korean (written and verbal) and strong communication skills.
