- Currently enrolled at an accredited U.S. college or university
- Have successfully completed a minimum of at least sophomore year of college
- Have a grade point average of 3.3 or higher (on a 4.0 scale)
- Advanced Excel and Access skills (including scenario modeling)
- Analytical skills with familiarity with accounting, financial analysis, and reporting
- Excellent Communication skills (written and oral)
- Self-starter/fast learner
