Job Description

AbbVie is seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Analyst to join our US Therapeutics team. As a key member of our compliance team, you will be responsible for assisting with the execution of our US Therapeutics & Aesthetics Financial Compliance program for Federal Sunshine Reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the completion of the US Therapeutics & Aesthetics Federal Sunshine reporting process and collect and report data timely and accurately to present to Senior Finance Leadership and OEC.
  • Assist with the weekly review and matching of profiles within transparency vendor system, and update records as needed based on monitoring and ad-hoc vendor reports.
  • Assist with transparency reporting financial analysis.
  • Assist with the review of analytics dashboards to identify potential source feed and data integrity issues.
  • Perform monthly/quarterly reporting for eCommerce, PCYC APD/eForm sources, and Cool Sculpting University (CSU) Meal & travel spend.
  • Review disputed HCP transactions and work with the field to resolve.
  • Conduct annual reviews of StateSpend database dimension tables to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Create/maintain desktop procedures specific to role.
  • Assist with Internal and External Audit requests.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
  • Minimum of 4 years experience in audit, finance, and/or accounting.
  • Advanced Excel skills and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Power BI knowledge a plus.
  • Team-oriented nature.
