Job Summary

The Senior Financial Analyst will support the ongoing financial forecasting and develop financial models to support decision making related to business issues. This role in the Financial Compliance Team assists with the execution of the US Therapeutics & Aesthetics Financial Compliance Monitoring for Federal Sunshine Reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare the Monthly Volume Dashboard for FCT monitored events.
  • Complete Employee Business Expense monitoring for various scenarios such as business guest and alcohol usage using a risk-based approach.
  • Lead investigations and remediation of HCP Employee Business Expense Disputes working with the In Field Teams.
  • Prepare the quarterly Therapeutics Financial Compliance Quarterly Metrics Results Package and review with Manager and Director.
  • Participate in efficiency projects that involve financial analysis and problem solving.
  • Assist with quarterly/yearly reconciliations to ensure the accuracy and completeness of data received from source systems such as CTE.
  • Create and maintain desktop procedures specific to role.
  • Assist with Internal and External Audits requests.
  • Meet deadlines to ensure all areas of responsibility are timely and accurate in reporting of data ensuring adherence to compliance policies, financial policies, and state/federal laws.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required. Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting preferred.
  • Masters degree and/or CPA preferred.
  • Experience in audit, finance, and/or accounting. Minimum of 4 years experience.
  • Analytical skill set including advanced excel and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Power BI knowledge a plus.
