Join Our Team

As a Senior Sales Incentives Analyst at Abbott Laboratories, you will contribute to the design of quarterly, bi-annual, or annual sales compensation modeling and incentive programs. You will provide guidance on the design of incentive compensation plans that drive desired sales behaviors and revenue targets and ensure alignment with divisional strategic priorities.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the design of sales compensation modeling and incentive programs
  • Provide guidance on incentive compensation plan design
  • Develop territory alignments and oversee analysis for field sales force structure changes and territory optimization
  • Oversee the development, execution and maintenance of predictive quota setting methodologies
  • Assess plan performance throughout the plan period
  • Develop incentive compensation tools and resources to improve sales effectiveness and efficiencies

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree in Finance/Business or related field, preferable in medical device industry
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales compensation design and administration in a corporate environment or in related position

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in working with and communicating with sales leadership
  • Strong analytical skills needed as well as communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including use of advanced formulas and statistical analysis

The base pay for this position is $95,000.00 – $190,000.00. In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
