Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Treasury Management Operations Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our business clients, assisting them with training and ongoing inquiries regarding our treasury management systems and products.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support for all treasury management products and services, including ACH originations, remote deposit capture, online wire transfers, positive pay, bill pay, and other treasury systems and functions.
  • Collaborate with internal bankers and treasury sales officers to provide treasury solutions for business clients.
  • Process requests for adding new business clients to our treasury systems, as well as perform maintenance and modifications for existing clients utilizing our various treasury products and services.
  • Provide business clients with clear and concise verbal and video training using Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or conference calls.
  • Communicate and troubleshoot system issues with fellow treasury management operations team members.
  • Perform daily system reviews to confirm all client updates and modifications were done accurately.
  • Process critical daily transmissions and banking transaction files.
  • Communicate with clients and internal personnel with the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Four-year college degree or equivalent work experience preferred but not required.
  • Certified Treasury Professional is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Jack Henry systems such as Silverlake is a plus.
  • Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Must be reliable, organized, and detail-focused.
  • Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively with individuals and teams to manage internal and external client relationships.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Must be able to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills required. Teamwork is a must.
  • Ability to review current processes and suggest necessary enhancements.
  • Ability to take the initiative with daily tasks as well as special projects.
  • Excellent computer skills required with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
