Site Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Site Acquisition Specialist to join our team at The Judge Group. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving project completion and site acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive project completion and site acquisition
  • Track vendor performance and ensure project trackers are updated
  • Ensure compliance with leasing, zoning, permitting, environmental, and regulatory policies
  • Manage project budgets and participate in deployment calls with vendors and third parties
  • Analyze potential site locations and create business cases for site acquisition
  • Work with outside vendors, including legal, architectural, and engineering firms, to meet standards and build schedules
  • Project-manage regional Network capital upgrade projects, including new Network activations, cell expansions, system reconfigurations, and upgrades
  • Manage vendors and purchasing during the site acquisition process
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations
  • Interface with stakeholders, including landlords, government employees, community officials, and legal counsel
  • Host routine planning and working sessions with key stakeholders to review project scope, define issues, develop deliverables, and track action items
  • Maintain database systems and reports pertaining to cellular site projects
  • Work closely with Implementation, RF Engineering, and Equipment Engineering to ensure cell site construction issues are cleared and requirements are met

We are looking for a results-driven individual with a proven ability to manage a heavy workload, be detail-oriented, and demonstrate budget tracking, cost estimation, and cost accounting skills for large-scale projects.
