Job Summary:

The Associate Director, Employee Listening will be responsible for developing and implementing an employee listening strategy that captures the voice of our employees and provides actionable insights to inform business decisions. This role will work closely with senior leadership to deliver insights across all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from recruiting and onboarding to exiting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an employee listening strategy that captures the voice of our employees and provides actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Analyze data from various sources, including active and passive employee listening initiatives, to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Build data visualizations and stories that pinpoint ongoing opportunities within each listening initiative.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to deliver insights across all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
  • Develop hypothesis and research plans for each listening initiative.
  • Utilize best-in-class employee experience technology to capture and analyze the voice of our employees through continuous listening.
  • Identify additional mechanisms for employee feedback that reaches all represented employees.
  • Deliver the Annual Engagement Survey with relevant benchmarking.
Requirements:
  • 7-10 years of experience in employee listening or employee engagement, including administering organization-wide annual engagement surveys.
  • Proficiency in analyzing qualitative and quantitative data to uncover trends and insights.
  • Skilled at guiding the organization through changes based on feedback insights.
  • Adept at planning and prioritizing work to meet commitments aligned with organizational goals.
What We Offer:
  • A competitive salary range of $146,100 - $241,100.
  • A hybrid schedule with 2 days a week in the office.
