About the Opportunity

We are looking for a highly creative problem solver and versatile Pattern Engineering Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for understanding the full scope of product creation from design concept to production and driving discussions to meet on-time delivery dates.

As a Pattern Engineering Specialist, you will work on complex styles to create and update Tech Packs for our PCC Product Creation Center and factory partners. You will also lead proto review sessions, write comments, and track and request prototypes for your styles.

About You

  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Apparel Design, Pattern Making, Textile Science, or a related field, or additional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • You possess strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with attention to detail and process orientation.
  • You have proficiency with MS Office programs and confident using Adobe Illustrator and CAD Pattern Design software.

About Us
