About the Job

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of technical expertise, leadership skills, and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

You will be responsible for providing technical guidance and support to the program management team, creating new footwear patterns, overseeing engineering activities, and ensuring the repeatability of the concept within Nike standards.

A strong understanding of product construction concepts, including pattern engineering, costing, quality implications, model making, part drawings, 2D drafting documentations, materials, design for manufacturing, and sustainability awareness is essential.
