- Provide direct patient care, utilizing evidence-based practices and relevant patient care models to create a compassionate healing environment.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure seamless care coordination and patient satisfaction.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, incorporating the John Muir Medical Center Standards of Care, ANA's Standards of Practice and Professional Performance, and the California Nurse Practice Act.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field.
- Graduate of an Accredited School of Nursing
- 6 Months Nursing - Acute Care - Preferred
- RN Registered Nursing - California Board of Registered Nursing - Required
- BLS Basic Life Support - American Heart Association - Required
- 2000 hours Nursing - Perioperative/Surgical Services - Must be Obtained within last 3 years
- Demonstrate clinical competency in scrubbing and circulating surgical procedures, including cardiac procedures
