Position Title: Technical Automation Support Analyst
Organization: U.S. Bankruptcy Court - EDVA
The U.S. Bankruptcy Court in Richmond, VA is currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Technical Automation Support Analyst to join our team. This full-time, permanent role is essential in delivering technical automation assistance to the court.
Key Responsibilities:
- Customize software applications to meet the specific requirements of the court.
- Provide training and support to court personnel on automation tools and processes.
- Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation for local software applications.
- Install and configure both hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the development of operational procedures and standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation programs.
- Offer technical support for area network systems, including electronic mail systems.
Compensation: This position offers a competitive salary range based on qualifications, education, and experience.
