Job Title: Operating Room Registered Nurse

We are seeking a skilled Operating Room Registered Nurse to join our team at MedPro Healthcare Staffing. As a travel nurse, you will have the opportunity to work in a variety of settings and gain valuable experience in the operating room.

Job Summary:

The Operating Room Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in the operating room. This includes assessing patients, developing care plans, and implementing treatments. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in perioperative nursing and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide surgical patient care by assessing, planning, and implementing the nursing care patients receive before, during and after surgery.
  • Work as a member of the surgical team to ensure the smooth operation of the operating room.
  • Develop and implement patient care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality patient care.
Requirements:
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Surgery setting.
  • Active RN License.
  • Degree from an accredited nursing program.
  • BLS & ACLS Certifications.
