About the Role

Vestis is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Facility Sales Specialist to join our rapidly growing outside sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales and advancing our company's growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell our facility services, including restroom supplies, floor mats, towels, masks, and first aid solutions, to new and existing customers.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, including 100+ in-person contacts per week.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure exceptional customer service and satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • At least 21 years of age.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Successfully pass Criminal Background, Motor Vehicle Record, and Drug Screen checks.
  • Sales or customer service experience, or completion of a college degree within the last 18 months, or military service.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Business-to-business outside sales experience focused on new account generation.
  • Strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management Systems - Salesforce preferred.

Benefits

Vestis offers a wide array of comprehensive benefit programs and services, including medical, dental, vision, short and long term disability, basic life insurance, and paid parental leave. Employees are able to enroll in the company's 401k plan. Employees are eligible for 80 hours of vacation, 40 hours of floating holidays, and paid sick time every year. Employees will also receive 9 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.

Compensation

The salary rate for this position is $52,000, depending on circumstances including an applicant's skills and qualifications, certain degrees and certifications, prior job experience, market data, and other relevant factors. Sales commissions available based on incentive plan.
