Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Performance Improvement Nurse to join our team at VNA of Care New England.

In this role, you will work closely with our leadership team to drive quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Your expertise in quality improvement and patient care will be essential in enhancing the patient experience and improving health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and safety
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to analyze data and identify areas for improvement
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality improvement activities and patient outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor prepared Registered Nurse or master's degree level
  • Equivalent experience in Quality and Performance Improvement, Joint Commission and CMS principles and methodology knowledge required
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC systems, including Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: $87,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
