Job Description

As a Quality Improvement Specialist at VNA of Care New England, you will play a critical role in analyzing data to evaluate performance and develop activities to enhance the patient experience.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality improvement, with expertise in medical record auditing, data analysis, and process improvement. You will work closely with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and improve patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement quality improvement projects to enhance patient care and safety
  • Conduct regular audits of patient records and care processes to assess quality of care
  • Gather and analyze data related to patient outcomes, identifying trends and areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor prepared Registered Nurse or master's degree level
  • Equivalent experience in Quality and Performance Improvement, Joint Commission and CMS principles and methodology knowledge required
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based PC systems, including Microsoft Office

Estimated Salary: $83,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
