About the Job Description: The Clinical Charge Nurse BSN serves as the designated nurse leader on the orthopedic unit during each shift. This position requires the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions, efficient resource utilization, and optimal patient outcomes. As a respected member of the leadership team, you will participate in performance improvement initiatives, contribute to the development of unit policies and procedures, and foster a culture of innovation, teamwork, and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities: * Provide effective leadership and supervision to the nursing team on the orthopedic unit, focusing on quality care, patient satisfaction, and positive work environment. * Develop and implement strategies to improve unit productivity, patient flow, and caregiver engagement. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient care, streamline processes, and optimize resource allocation. * Serve as a mentor and coach to less experienced nurses, offering guidance and support in their professional growth and development. * Participate in quality improvement initiatives, contributing to the development and implementation of evidence-based practices that promote exceptional patient outcomes. * Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to address concerns, resolve issues, and provide empathetic care. * Maintain accurate records and reports, adhering to regulatory requirements and organizational standards.
