Nurse Specialist

To provide high-quality patient care as a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care according to professional nursing standards. You will work closely with the healthcare team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Responsibilities:- Administer medications to patients safely and effectively.
- Delegate and supervise patient care activities within the healthcare setting.
- Promote effective team functioning through clear communication with other members of the healthcare team.
- Utilize Health First computer systems for order entry, inquiry, and patient care documentation.
- Clinically practice safely and effectively, utilizing evidence-based practice guidelines.
To succeed in this role, you must have a strong foundation in nursing principles and practices. Key qualifications include:
- A current Florida RN licensure or endorsement.
- A BSN degree from an approved school of professional nursing.
- Current AHA BLS Healthcare Provider Completion Card prior to start date and maintain.
- Certification(s) as required by specific unit.
We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $90,000 per year, commensurate with experience. This position is located in Melbourne, Florida, offering a great quality of life and opportunities for professional growth.
