Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with specialization in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) to join our team as a travel nurse. The successful candidate will work 36 hours per week for 13 weeks on 12-hour night shifts.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Progressive Care Unit
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
  • Conduct assessments, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as required
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
  • Participate in ongoing education and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements:

  • Degree in Nursing (BSN or ADN)
  • Current RN license and ACLS certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in PCU
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
