This Clinical Charge Nurse BSN will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, leading a team of nurses, and contributing to the overall success of our department. Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of nurses to deliver high-quality patient care
  • Develop and implement effective care plans to meet individual patient needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient progress
  • Monitor and improve patient satisfaction and outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree
  • A minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience
  • A current State of Florida RN licensure or endorsement
  • Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and/or other relevant certifications
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Compensation and Benefits
