Clinical Nurse Leader

Health First is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the overall success of our healthcare organization.
About the RoleThe salary for this position is approximately $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing interventions
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and satisfaction
- Maintain current knowledge of evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in Florida
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) or higher
- 1+ years of experience in a hospital setting
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
