As a Market Executive Assistant, you will play a vital role in our organization by conducting interviews with customer loan applicants to gather essential information regarding their loan requirements. You will be responsible for processing loan applications through our Laser Pro system and facilitating loan closures in the absence of the Market President or Senior Loan Officer.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and reviewing all loan documentation to ensure completeness and accuracy. You will maintain current commercial loan files to minimize documentation exceptions and serve as the Executive Secretary for the Market President and/or Senior Loan Officer. Additionally, you will handle special projects and coordinate the preparation of Advisory Board Reports.
This position requires a significant level of trust and diplomacy, alongside standard courtesy and tact. Your work will involve extensive personal contact with others and may include motivating or influencing stakeholders. Building and fostering strong relationships with external entities, including companies and individuals, will be essential.
Experience in commercial loan processing is advantageous.
