About this Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team at Barnhart Crane and Rigging. As a Heavy Industrial Sales Professional, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to penetrate targeted accounts in the heavy industrial and energy markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute annual sales plans with defined goals and objectives
  • Prospect and qualify warm leads
  • Conduct discovery meetings with existing and new customers to uncover needs
  • Create and deliver solutions and proposal presentations to customers' decision-making teams
  • Closing sales by selling value and overcoming objections
  • Coordinate front-end project development with our Operations team

Preferred Experience and Skills

We are looking for a candidate with a proven track record of success in industrial sales, construction, manufacturing, or professional services. The ideal candidate will have excellent oral and written communication skills, computer software and management reporting expertise in CRM tools, and a bachelor's degree or sufficient experience.
