Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Columbine Commons Health & Rehab in Windsor, CO. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in the recovery and well-being of our post-acute and elderly patients and residents. Responsibilities- Provide care to residents in a manner that enhances each resident's quality of life
- Perform delegated independent nursing functions according to each resident's plan of care using established procedures, policies, guidelines, and standards
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments accurately, observing resident response
- Collect samples, such as urine, blood, and sputum for residents
- Assist nursing assistants to attend to the individual needs of residents
- Monitor, observe, report, and record physical, mental, and psychological changes
- All other duties as assigned
- Nursing degree from an accredited college or university
- Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado as a Licensed Practical Nurse
- Current CPR Certification
- New Grad LPNs welcome, as well as any licensed nurse within a hospital, long-term care, or any other related healthcare facility
- Ability to pass a criminal background check

Work ScheduleWe offer flexible scheduling, including full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts. Our shifts include days, evenings, and overnights, with 8-hour and 12-hour shifts available. Holiday schedule - time and a half paid.
