Custodian - Part Time - Columbine Health & Rehab

Columbine Health Systems is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Custodian to join our team at Columbine Commons Health and Rehab. As a Custodian, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facility, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our residents and staff.
Responsibilities- Perform custodial work in facility common space, and other building interiors.
- Sweep, vacuum, mop, scrub, wax, and polish floors using industrial vacuum cleaners and scrubbing and buffing machines.
- Wash and replace blinds, move cabinets, boxes, furniture, crates, and equipment to clean areas.
- Remove stains from surfaces such as rugs, drapes, walls, and floors using chemicals and cleaning solutions.
- Sweep walks, remove snow, or perform other incidental seasonal tasks.
- Must be at least 18 years of age with an education minimum of 8th grade and be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
- Must be interested in geriatrics, able to work independently or with a team, and attentive to detail.
- Must be able to tolerate lifting, pushing, and pulling in the 25-pound range frequently.
Columbine Health Systems offers a competitive compensation package, including a starting wage between $15.00/hour - $16.50/hour (depending on experience), comprehensive benefit plans, and opportunities for professional growth and development.
