Employee Experience Manager Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Employee Experience Manager to lead and implement initiatives that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention at Integrity National Corporation. This remote role offers an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to shape the future of our organization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement employee experience initiatives, focusing on a positive workplace culture and employee well-being.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with union stakeholders, handling grievances and supporting labor negotiations.
  • Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws, ensuring adherence to collective bargaining agreements.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to develop policies and procedures aligned with organizational goals and employee needs.
  • Provide strategic guidance to management and employees on HR-related matters, ensuring open communication and a positive work environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in HR generalist roles, with demonstrated expertise in union labor relations and employee experience programs.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is required.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with medium-advanced skills in Excel.
  • PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SHRM_SCP certification required.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range $65,000 - $70,000 annually.
