Resident Experience Manager

Avanath is a leading provider of affordable housing solutions for the workforce. We are now seeking a seasoned Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our properties and ensure that residents receive exceptional service.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for managing budgets, supervising on-site staff, and maintaining compliance with relevant laws and regulations. Additionally, you will play a key role in fostering a positive and inclusive community environment and providing top-notch customer service to residents.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage and maintain property budgets and finances
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of on-site staff
- Maintain compliance with all relevant laws and regulations
- Foster a positive and inclusive community environment
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents
**Requirements:**
- 5-7 years of experience in property management or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and manage a team
- Knowledge of LIHTC/ Tax Credit qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
