We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Houseperson to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates, LLC. As a Houseperson, you will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of our hotel's public areas and corridors during overnight shifts.
Key Responsibilities- Guest Services: Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Housekeeping and Maintenance: Clean and maintain furniture, elevators, glass, and other public areas, including the lobby, pool, and public restrooms.
- Laundry and Linen: Tend to laundry machines to ensure ample linen supplies are available for the morning shift.
- Assist with Various Duties: Perform various housekeeping and maintenance tasks as assigned by your supervisor, including assisting with shuttle service (if applicable).
- Education: High School diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience: 2 years of experience in laundry or housekeeping, with hotel experience a plus.
- Skills: Excellent customer service skills, ability to work overnight shifts (11pm-7am), and weekends/holidays.
