Hotel Night Auditor Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our team at Buffalo Lodging Associates. As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet guests and complete the check-in/check-out process through our Property Management System.
  • Handle cash, credit card information, and goods at the property.
  • Identify the needs of each guest and provide relevant information regarding hotel services and amenities.
  • Take reservations from incoming callers and input pertinent information into our hotel management system.
  • Organize previous shifts' paperwork, close and balance all room accounts and vouchers, and investigate and analyze out-of-balance situations.
  • Prepare guest folios for express check-out.
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience, preferably in a hotel setting.
  • Marriott experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  • Computer knowledge, including intranet, Property Management System, Word, and Excel, is strongly preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and acceptable driving history, subject to company approval.
  • Typical schedule: overnights, 11 PM-7 AM, with weekend availability required.
