We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator to join our team at Felix Construction Company in Phoenix, Arizona. As a key member of our project management team, you will assist Project Managers in the execution of water and wastewater treatment projects throughout the metro area.

The estimated salary for this role is $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience. If you have 2+ years of experience in construction management or civil engineering and possess strong communication skills, we encourage you to apply.

About the Role:

  • Assist Project Managers in project planning, coordination, and execution.
  • Closely work with project teams, including Superintendents, field personnel, and vendors.
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met.
  • Prepare and manage project documents, including purchase orders, subcontracts, and material orders.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress.
  • Represent the company professionally at project meetings and site visits.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in construction management or civil engineering.
  • Advanced Excel and Adobe Acrobat skills.
  • Basic AutoCAD experience preferred.
  • Ability to read plans and specifications for all disciplines on a typical water/wastewater project.
