About the Role:

This position provides project technical and administrative support in a team environment, working closely with a manager or team to perform all project administrative responsibilities assigned.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Perform technical and administrative duties, including report preparation, presentations, engineering specifications, setting up and maintaining project files in project databases.
  • Provide general administrative support, including meeting coordination, setting up and maintaining project files, project closeout, and file retention.
  • Maintain compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and global standards.
  • Plan, organize, and carry out assignments as directed.
  • Process incoming Requests for Approval - quotes.
  • Approve electronic RFA's.
  • Perform validations as required between OCS & Controline.
  • Handle miscellaneous incoming requests from various account/site/contractors.
  • Maintain digital document retention of all applicable documents associated with sourcing of sub-contractor co/po's.

Location: Our client's sites in Phoenix, AZ, Oxnard, CA, or Box Elder, UT. We offer a hybrid work arrangement for the preferred candidate.

Travel Requirements: Occasional travel for work, with a 2-4-week orientation in Lima, OH upon hire.

Salary: $65,000 per year, based on experience, with a competitive range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year.
