Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Flooring Project Coordinator to join our Interior Logic Group team. This role is responsible for coordinating flooring projects from start to finish, ensuring timely and efficient execution.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Managing project timelines, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Coordinating with internal teams, including sales, design, and operations
  • Communicating effectively with customers, stakeholders, and external partners
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports, including project metrics and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Familiarity with industry software and tools, including CAD programs and project management systems
  • Experience working in a team environment, with a focus on collaboration and customer satisfaction
