Job Title: Business Analyst

Estimated Salary:$80,000 - $110,000 per year

This position requires a strong understanding of the software lifecycle and experience working with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment with business objectives.

About the Role

The Business Analyst will be responsible for facilitating discussions with various stakeholders to document requirements and specifications. This includes developing functional specifications associated with system enhancements and ensuring clarity of documented requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and document functional specifications associated with system enhancements.
  • Facilitate discussions with various stakeholders.
  • Ensure clarity of documented requirements.
  • Document business requirements according to industry best practices.
  • Coordinate project deliverables with the Project Manager.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related field, along with minimum five years' experience as a Business Analyst working on IT projects. Experience with project management methodologies like waterfall and agile is highly desirable.
