Job SummaryWe are seeking a dynamic Customer Service Operations Associate to join our growing teams across the country. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for establishing relationships with licensing authorities, researching rejected renewals, processing incoming and outgoing mail, and communicating with coworkers to ensure overall management of customers' license portfolios.
Responsibilities- Establish relationships with licensing authorities and work with them to obtain license evidence and resolve various questions and issues.
- Research and resolve rejected renewals and corrections needed.
- Process all incoming and outgoing mail, including license renewal forms.
- Communicate with coworkers to ensure overall management of customers' license portfolios.
- Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in the department, company, and industry.
- A minimum of one year of business-to-business (B2B) client/customer service experience, preferably in the banking, insurance, hospitality, retail, and/or legal industry.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent B2B client service experience.
- Ability to absorb product knowledge quickly and process information to apply to client needs.
- Able to make sound business decisions and exercise discretion and judgment.
- Experience generating add-on sales revenue is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
