Support the overall initiatives for seller lead generation and enhancement in seller acquisition.
Possess a comprehensive understanding of the marketplace ecosystem and business model.
Demonstrate a proven ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities effectively.
Exhibit exceptional analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills to evaluate seller performance and productivity.
Act as a strong collaborator who can manage vendor relationships and ensure adherence to timelines.

Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, capable of advocating for products throughout the organization, including senior management and cross-functional teams.

Be a structured and organized thinker who can drive comprehensive process improvements with minimal supervision; demonstrate strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to delve deeper when necessary.

Be a hands-on team player, eager to explore new opportunities and drive impactful results.

Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a relevant quantitative field or equivalent work experience (e.g., Operations Research, Economics, Management Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, etc.) OR 3+ years of experience in operations, eCommerce operations, or a related field.
0-1 years of experience with Salesforce; familiarity with reporting dashboards.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, capable of quickly manipulating and analyzing data.
Proficient in MS PowerPoint and comfortable creating presentations that convey a clear narrative.
Professional experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
This position is not eligible for employment visa sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the marketplace operational sector.
Experience in lead generation and procurement.
