7. Upgrade systems with the latest releases and models.
8. Develop expertise to train staff on emerging technologies.
9. Create and maintain an internal knowledge base with technical documentation, manuals, and IT policies.
10. Provide courteous and professional assistance to incoming customer calls.
11. Support customers/end users with inquiries regarding product installation, usage, and implementation.
12. Respond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, mail, and email in a timely manner.
13. Communicate customer issues and concerns effectively to relevant internal staff.

Job Type:
