Job Overview:

We are seeking a Lead Cloud Solutions Architect to join our innovative team at Guidehouse. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in assessing, designing, and implementing cloud-based solutions that enhance operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing strategic direction for the development of a robust and scalable network architecture.
  • Delivering specialized knowledge in cloud engineering across infrastructure, platforms, applications, and processes.
  • Coaching and developing engineering teams to elevate their cloud capabilities.
  • Defining benchmarks and metrics for tracking application performance, environment health, and scalability.
  • Establishing compliance standards and monitoring frameworks for cloud operations.
  • Collaborating with the cybersecurity division to ensure ongoing monitoring and risk management.
  • Leading the implementation of Zero Trust Architecture within cloud frameworks.
  • Creating documentation on emerging trends and technologies in cloud computing.
  • Overseeing risk assessment and management protocols.
  • Facilitating technology integration and stakeholder communication.

Qualifications:

  • Possession of an active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Counterintelligence Polygraph.
  • A minimum of seven years of experience in cloud systems development, requirements gathering, and testing.
  • Experience with Federal Government, Department of Defense, or Intelligence Community operations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Active Top Secret/SCI clearance with Full Scope Polygraph.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Professional certifications in cloud technologies and systems integration.
