Key Responsibilities

The Cloud Infrastructure - Technology Engineering - Advisor position allows you the autonomy to shape your daily tasks while collaborating with dedicated professionals to achieve the following:

  • Utilize your comprehensive knowledge of principles and advanced methodologies to create solutions for application architecture and IT infrastructure components.
  • Comprehend the complete performance spectrum of IT platforms.
  • Develop and uphold policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.
  • Track performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions, identifying and formulating strategies to address long-term trends or challenges.

Qualifications

Minimum Required Experience

  • 6 years of experience in Cloud Engineering

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • AWS Certifications
  • Prior experience in Financial Services or Housing

Essential Skills

  • Proficient in modern AWS services and tools (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
  • Ability to program in Java/Python
  • Capability to automate cloud workflows
  • Expertise in advising stakeholders on Enterprise Networking in the Cloud
  • Skilled in DevOps practices and contemporary CI/CD tools
  • Experience with AWS CloudFormation and AWS Native CI/CD services
  • Proficient in AWS CLI usage
  • Familiarity with AWS SDKs for Python, JSON, YAML, etc.
  • Adept at leading, coaching, and mentoring Cloud Engineers
  • Ability to manage diverse stakeholder relationships across business and technical teams.
  • Effective in communicating and interpreting technical requirements.
