Position Overview
The Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) is integral to delivering both direct and indirect patient support while assisting healthcare professionals in ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for patients.

Work Schedule
Available shifts include:
- 80 hours per pay period: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
- 72 hours per pay period: 2:45 p.m. - 11:15 p.m.
- 72 hours per pay period: 6:45 a.m. - 7:15 p.m.

Compensation and Benefits
In addition to the hourly wage, we provide the following differentials:

  • Evening Shift: $3.00 per hour
  • Night Shift: $5.00 per hour
  • Weekend Shift: $2.00 per hour (in addition to applicable shift differentials)

A sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is available for Licensed Nurse Assistants, subject to applicable taxes. This bonus is distributed in three installments, contingent upon continuous employment in an eligible position.

Key Responsibilities
The LNA plays a vital role in promoting the physical and emotional well-being of patients. Responsibilities include:
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Monitoring vital signs
- Supporting patient mobility
- Ensuring patient hygiene

Qualifications
Must possess a valid LNA license in Vermont.
