We are offering flexible nursing roles within our Skilled Nursing Facility across three distinct nursing units.

Compensation Differentials:

  • Per Diem: Additional $2 per hour
  • Evening Shift: Additional $3 per hour
  • Night Shift: Additional $5 per hour
  • Weekend Work: Additional $2 per hour (plus applicable shift differentials)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a graduate from an accredited nursing program.
  • Current LPN license or compact license recognized by the State of Vermont is mandatory.
  • Strong learning aptitude, customer service orientation, and teamwork capabilities are essential.

Preferred Experience:

While prior experience in long-term care is advantageous, it is not a strict requirement. The ideal candidate will demonstrate empathy and compassion, reliability, and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team. Excellent communication skills and the ability to follow through on tasks are crucial. Basic computer proficiency is required, along with a strong commitment to patient care and customer service.

Therapy services are available throughout the week, with nursing staff extending therapeutic activities when necessary to support patient recovery and well-being.
