About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Project Architect to join our design team at Northern Impact LLC. As a licensed CA architect, you will have the opportunity to work on complex projects, collaborate with industry leaders, and contribute to the company's mission of creating sustainable and innovative designs.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute design strategies that align with client goals and budget requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Mentor and train junior team members on design principles and best practices.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technologies to ensure compliance and optimal project outcomes.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture (Master's degree preferred).
  • 10+ years of professional experience with small-to-large scale project types, including Workplace/Commercial Interiors, Interior Architecture, Core and Shell projects, Adaptive Reuse (multiple program types), Hospitality, and Building Repositioning.
  • Architecture license in California required.
  • Current knowledge and use of California Building Codes.
  • Experience working with local Building & Safety offices (City of Los Angeles, Los Angeles County, and other regional municipalities).
Estimated Salary Range

$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
