About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Customer Service Representative II to join our team at United Nations FCU. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, ensuring their financial needs are met, and promoting our products and services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Service Excellence: Deliver prompt and courteous service to members, building effective relationships and resolving issues in a timely manner.
  • Determine Member Needs: Assess members' financial needs and make referrals to relevant products and services.
  • Process Accounts and Loans: Process new accounts and loan applications, and resolve member account and loan problems.
  • Ensure Compliance: Ensure compliance with federal and state laws and regulations, as well as UNFCU's Code of Ethics and Business Conduct.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in banking.
  • Notary Public: Must be a notary public or obtain certification within 90 days.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and banking software.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Knowledge of regulations pertaining to accounts, service, confidentiality, disclosure requirements, and lending.
