  • Vendor Management: Monitor and reconcile credit card charges, addressing payment discrepancies, refunds, returns, and miscellaneous charges, and resolve billing issues with vendors.
  • Accounting and Record-Keeping: Maintain accounting ledgers by posting account transactions, ensure financial security by following internal accounting controls, and file accounting documents to maintain financial historical records.

Requirements:

  • Education: BA/BS degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Sage 100 (a must), Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Experience: Construction experience preferred.
  • Personal Qualities: Highly organized, detail-oriented self-starter, ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all organizational levels, skilled in executing and following through on multiple tasks simultaneously, and highly motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
