Role Summary:

We are in search of a meticulous and dedicated Logistics Supervisor to oversee operations within our climate-controlled eCommerce fulfillment center. The ideal candidate will demonstrate outstanding attention to detail to uphold inventory accuracy, guarantee precise shipments, and maintain thorough recordkeeping. Adherence to and implementation of Lean warehouse practices is crucial for optimizing operations and sustaining efficiency, while a proactive approach to positive change will foster personal development and enhance CF Enterprises' culture of continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure inventory accuracy through precise receiving, picking, packing, and shipping of products.
  • Consistently apply standardized warehouse procedures to facilitate seamless operations.
  • Utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage the arrangement of goods and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with the team, customers, and vendors professionally.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a supervisory warehouse role.
  • Recent training or exposure to Lean methodologies.
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic mathematical calculations (e.g., discounts, quantities, rates).
  • Basic knowledge of Windows OS and computer skills; ability to learn new software and adapt to evolving technology.
  • Capability to safely lift up to 50 pounds regularly and to remain standing for an entire shift.
  • High School diploma or GED.

Preferred Attributes:

  • Lean Certification.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms, especially Amazon.
