Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and negotiating delivery times.
  • Enter accurate and complete customer orders into our delivery system.
  • Coordinate with Plant Batcher and Plant Supervisor to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Monitor scheduling calendars and notify the team of any problems or concerns.
  • Upsell products and services to customers to drive revenue growth.

Requirements:

  • 4-5 years of experience in material hauling or dispatching.
  • Bi-lingual English/Spanish required.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office products and dispatch software.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal DOT Regulations for drivers.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a focus on customer service.

Work Environment:

  • Work will be performed in an office environment, with occasional exposure to shop elements.
  • Regular and predictable attendance is required.
