ManTech is seeking a motivated and client-focused Agile Process Improvement Specialist to enhance our team in the DMV region. If you are enthusiastic about optimizing processes and implementing Agile frameworks, this role is tailored for you.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine processes within a Scaled Agile Framework setting.
  • Evaluate existing workflows to identify opportunities for enhancement through Agile methodologies.
  • Work collaboratively with teams to establish process goals and promote improvements.
  • Lead training sessions and provide coaching on Agile methodologies for team members.
  • Design a strategic plan for the Agile Development Team to implement efficient processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience.
  • DoD m-IAT Level II Certification (to be obtained within 6 months).

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Software Development.
  • Experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Relevant certifications such as Scaled Agile Framework Agilest.

Security Clearance:

  • Active Top Secret clearance is mandatory.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to remain stationary for over 50% of the time.
  • Strong communication skills for effective interaction with colleagues.
  • Proficient in operating computers and office equipment.
  • Occasional mobility within the office environment.

Compensation Range: $121,800-$204,100
