About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Process Improvement Specialist to join our team at Constant Associates. As a Business Process Improvement Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the Office of Fleet and Asset Management in improving their processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Document and analyze processes in detail
  • Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite
  • Basic project management and change management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
