Key Responsibilities
  • Work closely with entertainment business managers to service client accounts and provide expert advice on insurance solutions.
  • Support the renewal and marketing process from start to finish, in conjunction with Client Executives and Advisors.
  • Communicate directly with clients and carriers to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Manage client files and policy records in accordance with office procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with carrier and client contacts to drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-confident to make sound independent decisions.
  • Able to work overtime as necessary.

  • Intermediate level of experience in Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
