Job Title: House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight and support of residential services, ensuring the health, well-being, and safety of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide training and supervision to staff to ensure high-quality care and support to clients
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records
  • Coordinate client transportation and activities
  • Manage client funds and ensure proper usage
  • Supervise staff and provide progressive discipline as needed
  • Conduct weekly compliance checks and medication audits
  • Collaborate with Client Services Program Manager to design and develop Individualized Instruction Support Plans (IISP)
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care or a related field
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
