Job Title: House Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate House Manager to join our team at Redwood Family Care Network. As a House Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and care to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide daily support and supervision to clients, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Develop and implement individualized support plans to promote client independence and well-being.
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support.
  • Manage and maintain a safe and healthy living environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and standards.
  • Supervise and train direct support staff to ensure high-quality care and support.
  • Conduct regular compliance checks and medication audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in residential care or a related field.
  • Ability to pass a Washington State background check and maintain active NAR certification.
  • Successful completion of 75 CORE Basic Training, Nurse Delegation, CPR/First Aid, and other state or agency required training or licensing.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive hourly rate: $25.00-$28.00.
  • Full-time position with regular working hours (07:45am-4:00pm).
